Bible Verse Of The Day #23

Verse Of Today:

Luke 2:20 {20} And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told unto them.

Inspiration:

The shepherds received the message of the birth of Christ with great joy and celebration. When we think of Christ we should celebrate. Everything about Him gives us reason to be joyful. Even His second coming, should make us excited. We are not to fear because we are part of the elect. We are saved and redeemed because of Christ. This is why we celebrate and this is why we are joyful.

Prayer:

Dear God, I thank you for your grace, You gave me so freely when your Son came and died for me, resurrected from the dead, and set me free. I live a life that I do not deserve but you still gave, all because of your love for me. It is because of this I am filled with joy and I bless your name, Lord. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen
