Hello to my loving blog family. This post was supposed to be made when I came back, but I had to handle some business. But now, since I have time, I can tell you about my fun trip to New York that my husband planned for my birthday. But before I get to that, I want people to know that December was my whole birthday month. First, let me start off by saying that we drove to Las Vegas to go and site see and eat different foods that they had that we haven’t tried yet. We were there for a few days. But to tell you the truth, that lobster mac-n-cheese was real good. We had to buy us another one before they closed, that’s how good it was. We had a lot of fun in Las Vegas.
Then next we drove 18 hours to go and see my mom, little sister and family in Texas. They were so happy to see us, especially my mom, since it’s been a year now since she moved back to Texas. When we got there the next day, we went to see one of my little cousins play basketball, and then we came back and wait for the rest of the family. It was a good time, but we had short time because we had to get back to L.A. to catch our flight to New York. That’s why I don’t have any pictures because had to leave soon. But I was so thankful for my husband making that happen for me.

Now to the best part. We left my family, drove hours and made it to L.A. to catch our flight. The plane ride was smooth, and we got there minutes before 12 O’ Clock for my birthday to start. When we landed, we were so happy to be in New York. We had so much to do when we got there. So we went and got something to eat, watched some TV, and then went to sleep so that we can be up early for my big day. The thing that made my birthday even greater was that I was able to go see an NBA basketball game on my birthday. I have never been to a game in my life. We went to go see the Brooklyn Nets vs Philadelphia 76ers. Then my husband surprised me with some more basketball tickets and this time we went to see the New York Knicks vs Washington Wizards 2 days before Christmas.

Then on Christmas we went to go and see the big Christmas tree that be on TV at the Rockefeller center. It was so peaceful, and it was just nothing but positive vibes from everyone. Everyone out there was having a good time and celebrated Christmas like one big happy family like Jesus Christ would want us to. We even took time to try even more food places. New York food is so good, especially the chicken and lamb over rice that they have out in New York. You have to go and try it out for yourself. I can talk on and on, but I just want to tell you guys how much fun that I had. And another good things was that we also brought the New Year in. That was so much fun to and it was a lot of people out there for the count down. Starting a new year with new blessings.

I had the best time in my life, all thanks to my husband and Jesus for allowing us to be here to take this trip that we did. And I forgot to tell you that we made it to the Brooklyn Bridge. That was so beautiful and peaceful. I just want to say thank you to my husband from the bottom of my heart, and I appreciate everything that you do and have done for me. This is a month that I will never forget. I LOVE YOU sooo much.
Happy Birthday!
